I´m having some issues when applying the add record to a new form to add record from two different forms to create a table summarized.

I have a form that has information that comes from the CRM.

I have the client, the address and the project number.

Let´s say that that client has two different project numbers but for sales management they only use 1.

So in creator I made a form to let me enter manually as many projects as I want.

Now Im trying to have  a single report with the information from the form I get the info in CRM and the new form.

I tried using on add- on sucess for the new form to combine both data but its not working

Any other ideas?
