Based on the issue we are facing, I suggested VIDYAPRIYA to give the feedback to IT team for the feature enhancement, that ZOHO might feel ok to be implemented.
It has been 4 days, and VIDYAPRIYA don't seem to revert the same... neither she seems to acknowledge the same...!!!
I don't know how ZOHO would out perform the competitors when the client feedback don't seem to reach the IT team...!!
SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THE ISSUE...!!! This treatment come to us, even when we are subscribers to your highest version..!!!

Kindly, provide the feedback to your IT team to incorporate the ATTACHMENT as the CUSTOM FIELD, atleast for the PAID USERS.
This is a very important feature required. I am surprised as to why the same has not been incorporated as of now. Please get the same implemented in the next release of your improvements.
