The synchronisation between Books and CRM does not stop and already takes longer than an hour

Hello there,

the synchronisation was started at 16:21 (GTM +1) and has not yet been completed. I'm starting to worry about what's going on. I haven't received an error message yet, but the sync has been running for a suspiciously long time.




When I check the status, I only get the message: "Data synchronisation in progress. Please be patient for a moment."

Are there any current problems?
