Time based rule for Potential

Hello,

We currently use the professional edition of Zoho so i don't think this is possible but with the look of possibly moving to the enterprise edition I need to know the following. Since the support team takes a lifetime to reply and struggle to grasp what i'm looking for i think it's probably better to ask here.

I think this may be a custom function since the time based rules don't excute when a record has become dormant - they only seem to run after created, edited or removed.

Basically this is what i want to happen.

IF LAST ACTIVITY TIME >= 14 DAYS

AND

STAGE = 'ACTIVE'

SEND REMINDER EMAIL

It's a simple rule that will give a heads up to our a sales guys on potential enquiries that have been forgotten about. I'm sure there's another user somewhere that will have acheived this.
