Hi,

So we have a CRM field that tracks the current activity owner, in the form of a drop down list.

I have been asked if I can create a report that shows the time between the changes of the values in this list so we can see how much Dwell time there is with each owner.  I see that the timeline keeps track of these changes, with date, time, etc, (See below), but how can I access these to make a report that shows the dwell time with these owner?
