Create common team signatures for your shared inboxes

Did you know that a small detail, such as an email signature, can make a big difference in how your brand is perceived? One simple yet smart way to enhance your team’s communication is by creating common team signatures for your shared inboxes.
Instead of every team member having their own signature, you create a set of common signatures that can be applied across different inboxes. You can even create multiple signatures for the same inbox, and when drafting an email, simply pick the one that fits best.
Setting up team signatures
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. In the left pane, hover over the team where you want to set up signatures, click the More icon, and select Manage team.
  3. Select the Signatures tab and click Create now.
  4. Enter a Name for your signature.
  5. Add your signature content in the editor. You can also insert variables that will be replaced with user details. Type { (curly bracket) in the editor to see the list of available variables.
  6. Choose if you want to make this signature accessible to all the inboxes under the team or make it available only for specific inboxes you select.
  7. Click Save.

While composing an email, click Insert Signature and choose your signature from the list.
