I know that you can create a list view, etc, but I was just thinking it would be nice to have a box you can check or something to basically add an account on the CRM to a to-do list so it'll populate a list you can review and once you're done, remove the check to take it off your list...or check it off your list. Both my boss and I end up leaving several tabs open of accounts that had something to follow up on. That's our reminder to go back to that account for whatever followup. I hope that makes sense.
