To/From Email Address Field Setting

Hi:

Its very frustrating that we cannot set an email address to forward the form data to?
I can understand if the From field is limited to Zoho Admin User Variable, but what is the logic in limiting the To field?

Also is there a way to get rid of the zoho branding on the bottom right portion of the form, I can pay for the service it allowed me todo the above.

Its a great application, but because of the above limitations, prevents us from deploying it on a large scale.
