Too many tables error although I only have a few lookups

Too many tables error although I only have a few lookups

I am getting the following error when trying to run a inout form.

[ServletException in:/jsp/themes/common/form/formalone.jsp] java.sql.SQLException: General error, message from server: "Too many tables; MySQL can only use 61 tables in a join"'

I am not trying to join 61 tables?
