Hello! I have a custom module "Applications". Applications can (should) be related through a lookup field to either a lead or a contact. If I create an application, relate it to a lead, then convert that lead to a contact Id like to relationship to transfer to the contact also to keep the application connected to that person. Any advise on best way to achieve this is appreciated!
