First off... I'm not savvy with the coding aspect of building a database, so I hope you'll bare with me.
I'm setting up a database for one of our family programs (we have a teacher that visits families once a week). I have a main profile (form) page for each family that houses most of the information, and included in that is a subform to list all the people participating in the sessions (ex. names of mother, father, sister, uncle, babysitter, etc).
I have another form called "progress report" where the instructor gives a weekly report based on how that class went. The form is linked via a lookup field to the main family profile I mentioned above. And, there is a lookup field for the instructor to multi-select all of the participators that were present for that week's session. The problem is that right now the participator lookup field in the progress report includes every person's name from every family... is there a way to limit the options in the lookup field to correspond to the participators that are associated with the specified family profile selected in the other lookup field?
Thanks for any help you can give! :)
