Trouble with Lookup

I am not getting the correct 'Select Field' options when I use the in the Lookup option.
In the Import Data choices I am not getting the choices I need

Import Data From:
Drop Down 1: I Selected the Application
Drop Down 2: I do not see the field choice I need to pick in this drop down. I only see:
ID
Added User
Added Time
Last Modified User
Last Modified Time

In order to connect my information I need to see the field that I created. Is there something I do not have set properly that is not allowing me to see my created Field in the Dropdown?
