Trying to create Potential with custom Potential Owner through Custom Function

Hi,

I'm having trouble specifying the "Potential Owner" through my custom function.

My function creates the new "Potential" and fills in all details fine, however, It does not fill in the "Potential Owner" field at all. Is this not possible?
