Trying to upgrade Creator

Trying to upgrade but I want the system to us the same account as our CRM.

Why do I have to re-enter the info? Since you use SSO my account should be shared across all ZOHO products. Please make it easy for me to upgrade the different products. I want to use one billing for all ZOHO product.

Please advise.
