So, my problem. Certain Twilio users of mine are finding, no matter where they logon that when they click to call the dial window doesn't appear. This renders the system unusable and my agents can't work. Zoho's response has been shockingly poor. The only thing technical support has asked is "does it come up on unbound" - I don't know, we don't use inbound and anyway, I suspect a fob-off. No-one has asked me to run

It is a stony silence from the people who take my money every week. Zoho, you are an absolute disgrace - I am looking at my options which is difficult because we use your system but I will make a noise about this and warn people when I can.
