3. They tend to say - "I will analyse and get back to you through email", not because they don't get it, its because they are working on multiple chat sessions. Well, I hear this answer from 4/5 sessions in last few days. After spending hours in troubleshooting, why would anyone expect answer "I will...." every time..


If everything turns back on 'Support folks trying to earn more by entertaining multiple support requests at the same time',

ZOHO CREATOR SUPPORT - AREN'T YOU SMART ENOUGH TO REVISE THESE POLICIES?
