Unable to Access Admin Console and Email Sending Issues

Hello Zoho Support Team and Community,

I hope this post finds you well. I am currently facing two significant issues with Zoho services:

  1. Admin Console Access Issue:
    Every time I try to access the Zoho Admin Console, it gets stuck on the loading screen and does not proceed further. I’ve attached a screenshot to provide a clearer picture of the problem.

  2. Email Sending Issue:
    I am unable to send outgoing emails, including messages to support@zohomail.com. Each attempt results in the following error message:
    "Unable to send message; Reason: 553 Relaying disallowed. Invalid Domain - ***.com"

These problems are seriously affecting my workflow. I would greatly appreciate any assistance from the Zoho Support Team or advice from community members who might have encountered similar issues.

Please let me know if further details are needed to troubleshoot these problems.
