Unable to access functions

Hi, I am currently unable to access the functions tab on the Script tab in my application NVSF. In Chrome, only the name of the first namespace appears. When I go to create a new function, I get a message that a required resource is missing. In Firefox, the names of all of the functions appear, but the page never finishes loading. I've shared this application with support. Any thoughts about what is the problem? Thanks.
