Unable to add fields in a form.

Hi. I evaluating Zoho Creator for our use and while trying to build a form I am unable to add more fields to the form. The editor stays stuck with just a message saying " Adding...". I doubled check my internet connection and everything on my end looks fine. I've attached the screenshot with this message here.

it'd be really useful if someone can point me in the right direction.
