Unable to add user even after upgrading!!!!!

Unable to add user even after upgrading!!!!!

I upgraded from free to $15/mth in order to enable 3 users.

However although the settings agree that I am now on a 3 user plan when I try and add a user the system just tells me to upgrade!!!! Seems that in this part of Zoho the "right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"!
