Unable to create second report in Zoho Creater

I only have 1 report in my application, which I created yesterday. There is no button to be able to create a second report. The banner at the top states " You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more" I only have 1 and am allowed 2. I am already a PAID $25.00/month account. I wish to create a second report that I am allowed. Also, how can you allow only 2 reports to a PAID subscriber which is the same as to a FREE subscriber!!!!! You should increase the available reports for your PAID $25.00/month subscribers!!
