unable to edit file properly

hi, i'm working in this view, trying to edit a record:

let's take this example. want to edit record 61701000000053007, added 06-May-2008 00:53:40.

1. click edit
2. want to change the FILM TITLE from blank to "2005 - Chinese Villagers War"
3. click save, and it doesn't make the change

please help. thanks.
