Unable to export data as Excel file

Unable to export data as Excel file

I have tried unsucessfully to export data from my Zoho Creator account (form: test) as an Excel file, despite being able to do this previously.

my fellow classmates (cpt.oc@hotmail.com) have been able to do it.
