Hi Zoho Community,

We are unable to export reports in Zoho CRM. When attempting an export, we receive the following error:

“Cannot Export Report — You do not have permission to export one or more modules used in this report. Please contact your administrator.”

We have reviewed the affected user’s profile settings under Basic → Reports. View, Export, and Schedule are all enabled. The user also has full access to all modules used in the report, yet the export is still blocked.

Are there any additional permissions or restrictions that could cause this error? Is there a way to identify exactly which permission or module is blocking the export?
