I'm unable to post notes on my Zoho CRM contacts. It does't happen with all of them, but with half of the notes we try to post. 

When we try to posts it, it only appears a grey box with the picture of the agent beside, but the note gets deleted,

How can we fix it? 

I attach a photo of the note not posted in case it helps. The mistake would be for the third comment.
