Dear All,

We regret to say that there occurred an issue from our side in renaming the Form from the application edit mode. We will fix this issue at the earliest. For now, change your form name form the form definition which works fine without any error. Please find the below detailed workaround steps and Screenshots.

1. Go to the edit mode of your application and select your Form from the Forms tab.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on More Actions -> Form Definition.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. You will now be in the script tab with the form script definition. Change the display name of the Form to a new one. (If the display name is not present, please add it as referred in the below screen shot)
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Save Script to save the changes.
