I have not been able to successfully share any Creator applications with other Creator users.  We have all walked through the " Share Application" resource documentation, but have still be unsuccessful in being able to share any of our apps with each other. The message we often see is:

You have logged in as --UserName--. You are not allowed to access this application.
Please click here to login as a different user.
