Unable to update data base.

Unable to update data base.

I am having proglems with my account. It appears I get the following problem with all applications in my account.

When I go to update any entry in any application I get the following error:

invalid entries found. Please correct and submit again.

This is a serious problem for me - as we use this data base to manage daily work in my organization.

Please Advise.
