Update 1 field on all Accounts on an hourly basis

Update 1 field on all Accounts on an hourly basis

I have a field in accounts, relabeled as "Docks",  that I would like to automatically update for every record in "Docks" every hour. The field, "Current Lake Level",  is then is a part of 2 formula fields also in "Docks" that show how soon a dock adjustment would need to be preformed. Is it possible to pull a decimal number from a z-sheet or google sheet cell and then update the 1 field "Current Lake Level" in the module "Docks" for all records in "Docks" on a hourly basis. Google sheets is preferred as the link external data in z-sheets will not pull the url I am using for data.
