Create new records with field values of dropdown or checkbox in Workflow rules with record value (merge field support)

Hi,

I am trying to insert a new record to Contacts module via Workflow rules.

Value should be the field value in the Leads module.

This works for string fields.

But for checkbox or dropdown this option does not exist? You can only assign a fixed value?
