Update Records freezing in Creator

Hi,

When I drag "Update Records" into the script builder, the screen goes a bit dark like a new window will open but nothing pops up. The screen seems to freeze. Any idea what the problem is? Is it a bug at Zoho? Does Zoho Creator work better in certain browsers?
