Updating a field with two fields in same modules(Lead)

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a function which updates a module with two fields combined in Lead.

I have a [Company] field which I use as household name in lead.
What I want to achieve here is to put Lead's Name[Last_Name&First_name] into [Company].

Could anyone help me to create this function?
