Updating records through bulk upload

Hello-

First I must say...this is an absolutely amazing application you have made. There's one capability I'm having trouble implementing though, and I was hoping someone could shed some light on it for me.

We're thinking about moving our partner data over from spreadsheets, but until we make the 100% transition we're going to need to re-upload the spreadsheets to update our Zoho data. How would I go about making it so that if a field in a record to be uploaded matches a field already in Zoho, it doesn't cancel the submission, but rather updates the Zoho record with the new information?

The harder question is: if the uploaded records have an extra column in them, will Zoho create a new category for us automatically?
