upload file

I love your app and i find it very useful
i do have a problem in sending a message with an uploaded file.
i have used the following script i have found in the forum but the input.file_upload field seems to be empty although there is a file connected.
my app is public for now for testing and the email is sent by changing the status field

the specific example file is located under the "view by company", it is the only one in english
