UPLOAD URLs

I cannot get URLs to upload successfully. I would like to upload URLs with a Title. I have tried from Access, Excel and by pasting, all without success. I can get the URL path to upload so that it works as a functioning URL link, but the "Text to Display" gets lost. Have you any thoughts, tips or suggestions, please?
