URGENT: Disappearing records
I have a client who is reporting that just recently added records are being removed from the system. I reported this last night and have not had a response. https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/data-missing-in-account
This has become urgent. is there a way you can trace who or what is deleting records? I have removed delete access from all users and still records are being lost. Please either reply with a number I can call on or with some information Thanks in advance
