Hi,

 

I have downloaded “Zoho HelpDesk” from the Marketplace and have been customising it, but when I try to add a Request, I receive an error message "Reference Field 'Requester' not having the value '...' "

 

Previously, I have tried to solve this by doing the following, but it didn’t solve the problem:

 

1)      On the “Requester Home” tab, I clicked on “Edit this application”. Next, from the “More Actions” dropdown, I clicked “Script – Actions on Load”. I then clicked “On Load” just over “Add_Request” on the LHS and “enable Requester”.

 

2)      In the same “On Load” page, I deleted both the “disable Requester” and “Requester = zoho.loginuser”. I also clicked on “On Click” and altered the “insert into Requests” to show “Requester = input.Requester”

 

3)      Alternatively to 2), I have also left it blank. But the new message states “Reference Field ‘Requester’ should not be left blank”.

 

Please could anyone tell me how to get this function to work? I have been working on this for about 2 weeks now but without success. I would very much appreciate a quick response.
