Users whose email IDs are registered on the .com datacenter are unable to access Zoho Recruit on the .in datacenter using the same credentials. Despite raising this issue multiple times, we have received repeated standard responses that have not resolved the problem.

• Our Chief Operating Officer (COO) is unable to access Zoho Recruit

• Active hiring approvals are delayed, causing operational disruption across the organisation
