Urgent: Form Schedules do not time correctly (GUI time != Free-flow Scripting time)

I have a Form Schedule entitled "Confirmation".  Under the "When to do?" section I use the form field "EmailTime" to set the schedule.  My saved schedule has different appearances when viewing it in "GUI mode" or "Free-Flow Scripting", or in IE8 or google chrome.  I have done the scripting and saved it using google chrome.  The emails are not sending. Here are the different views.

Google Chrome
       Free-flow Scripting:

      Confirmation
      {
             Execute on 20 hours before of Spring2010.EmailTime  
      }


       GUI mode:
      Field: EMailTime
      When to do: Before 20 Minutes

IE8
       Free-flow Scripting
      Confirmation { Execute on 20 hours before of Spring2010.EmailTime } 

       GUI mode:
      Field: EMailTime
      When to do: Before 20


Since email are not being sent, the "real code" on Zoho's end must be Execute on 20
