Usage Limit for Schedules
I have talked to support 3 times to confirm that the usage limit on schedules in creator was removed for paying customers. In all cases i was told, yes this limit is removed for paying accounts. Upon reaching, and exceeding, my limit of 31 for a free demo account, i signed up and paid for the Professional edition.
I have now discovered that despite 3 separate sales and customer support people telling me this limit was removed for paying clients, i have now discovered it still exists.
I'm trying to figure out how the limit of 31 would work for an organizations of any substantial size. With only 10 employees 31 is substantially too few. If i had 50 employees i could go through the 31 limit in one day!
Anyways, how can i have this usage limit raised or removed from my account? I by no means need unlimited schedule executions but 31 will not cut it.
What should i do, calling customer service just tells me to call back.
Very frustrated with this and now need to manually send emails to all missed schedules.
