I love everything about the Zoho apps. I think CRM and Desk are particularly brilliant but there appears to be an obvious issue, which I really hope can be resolved.
- Whilst records from the CRM are technically linked to the Desk, user accounts are not. This means the client portal we have through the CRM is not linked by the same login as Zoho Desks. Combine this with the fact there is no way to sync this with our website users, we would end up needing 3 separate user accounts to give access to the three platforms.
Is there anyway we can join up Wordpress Users with Zoho portal users, and Zoho desk users? Or atleast pehaps link up the Zoho 'side of the fence'?
Seems crazy otherwise, and we love the apps.
