User assigned to different account, needs to remove from that acccont.

Dear Zoho Cares team,

When one of our employee ( shivakiran.r@dru.care ) given access to Zoho CRM, he somehow signed into another account. In Zoho Cliq, where he has already have access, he can access all other fellow employees of our organization.

When I try to give CRM access in ZohoOne, the error ( the user is mapped to another account ) is coming. In the user's dashboard of CRM, he was the only user and has the role of CEO. He couldn't delete himself from that account. We tried adding another email ( the user's ymail ) of his and made that email as primary. While deleting his email ( shivakiran.r@dru.care ) its giving error saying that, it cant be deleted as its a zoho mail id.

Please do the needful.
