Hi Zoho friends,

My form has several upload file fields. One user is unable to submit the form if she uploads a file.  she can submit the form without any files.

She has AOL, and was unable to upload when she accessed the form in her AOL IE browser.  We had her install firefox, and the same problem happened.

The file she is supposed to upload is about 700 kb.

A tech here walked her through several times, so we feel confident it is not a user error.  Please help!!
