I'm writing to propose a new feature that would enhance user experience for both Left-to-Right (LTR) and Right-to-Left (RTL) language users within Zoho Desk.
Current Limitations:
Currently, Zoho Desk offers no built-in option for users to set their preferred text direction (LTR or RTL) for composing comments and ticket replies.
Proposed Feature:
We propose introducing a dedicated setting within Zoho Desk user preferences to allow users to control the default text direction:
Configurable Text Direction: Within user settings, provide an option for users to select their preferred text direction (LTR or RTL).
Automatic Application: Once a direction is chosen, Zoho Desk would automatically apply it to comments and ticket replies, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
Benefits of User-Configurable Setting:
Improved Efficiency: Saves time and effort for users by automating text direction based on their preference.
