User setup!

I am trying to learn more about user and the setup of them.

I have created a new user for zoho, and shared my appl. with this new user.

My problem is that the access, I have given to the user, only shows the header and not the content of the forms.

Do I also need to give the user, access to the respectable tables that is used in the dropdowns?
