Username not recognised in MS Outlook
Hi,
I am a paid up user of the CRM (4 users) and am trying to decide whether to continue using Outlook via the plug-in or to swap to Zoho Mail.
Today I have set up the 15 day free trial for the Outlook Plug-In and am trying to send an email from Outlook to a customer in CRM. Within Outlook I am being asked to log-in to the CRM (even though I am already logged in) using my Zoho Username and password. When I enter my username and password into the box provided in Outlook I am being told that I have not entered a valid username/password!
Am I missing something/doing something wrong?
