Users can't get in application
My users can no longer access my Creator application. Here's a comment
"I'm sorry to say the ZOHO bio thing I bitched at you about the other day hasn't improved. I went in to edit a bio this morning and I had to wait two minutes before the "please wait" box disappeared and then when I went to type in an edit, I got an hourglass that persisted for three minutes. Went to advance the page to get to the "submit" button, got another hourglass for two minutes then was able to hit the submit button. It took me two hits on that button to get the thing to register! It is as if ZOHO went to dial-up! Very frustrating not to mention time-consuming."
Another user, "Well...I'm not able to access Zoho at all this morning. I get to "shared apps" and try to open our application window and it tries and says "Please wait" and then the Zoho screen goes blank, the word done appears on the lower left and after waiting 10 minutes....I give up. Any solutions?"
Please help. This is a time-sensitive project. As administrator, everything works normally for me it seems and had worked for everyone for several months until last week.
