Users suddenly cannot access public files

Users suddenly cannot access public files

Since today my users cannot access files that are public (both views and forms)

WHAT IS HAPPENING??? THIS IS THE 3RD PROBLEM OUT OF NOTHING YOU CREATE THESE LAST 15 DAYS

EXAMPLE:

When the users click on the file they are asked to login!
