Using a different email address in To field of scheduler.

Using a different email address in To field of scheduler.

Here is the error I get:

Error in saving the script:
Invalid TO address:
In cases where From: address is not a zoho.adminuserid or zoho.loginuserid, the To: address can only be zoho.adminuserid and the sendmail task cannot have any CC: or BCC: address.

I do not want to send from my email account i am sending these emails on behalf of another company and therefore need the from address to have a different email address than my admin account.

How can I use a different email address in the From field and still send the email to a variable from one of my forms?

Is there a work around? I assume this is a very stupid feature to prohibit me from potentially sending email from somone elses email address.

here is some more details on my situation...

This seems perfectly legitimate but for some crazy reason there seems to be a restriction on this.

I want to use my scheduler to send emails to clients.

I do not want it to send from my admin user account.  I manage a sales team for another business and need my scheduler to come from an email address from this business NOT from my admin account email address.

All clients have no idea who my company is. They only know the other business. Anyone who gets an email from me are confused as all get out because they do not know who i am.

When i use an address in the FROM field other than (

zoho.adminuserid) I am unable to send the email to anyone!

Once again the error message is:

Error in saving the script:
Invalid TO address:
In cases where From: address is not a zoho.adminuserid or zoho.loginuserid, the To: address can only be zoho.adminuserid and the sendmail task cannot have any CC: or BCC: address.
