Using Added Time in a Pivot Chart

I am trying to find a way of using the Added Time field in a pivot chart.

I thought you could previously create a pivot chart on a view (which contains the auto Added Time field) but it seems that now I can only create charts on forms.

Can anyone help with how I can achieve this?
